Focused emotional support for the chapter you’re in right now.

This option is for you if you want meaningful support without committing to a longer coaching space.

  • feeling emotionally overwhelmed or stretched thin with all that you’re trying to do

  • stuck in your head and overthinking everything thing

  • navigating a decision or transition point in your journey

What we’ll work on together

Across six weeks, we focus on stabilising the emotional load and giving you tools you can actually use day to day.

Our work may include:

  • quietening mental spirals and self-criticism

  • understanding emotional reactions so they feel less frightening and less reactive

  • regulating your nervous system during stress and uncertainty

  • navigating cultural or family pressure with more confidence and calmness

  • building steadiness and trust in yourself during this phase

This is supportive, practical and deeply human work, not surface-level mindset tips.

  • 3 x 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions (bi-weekly)

  • Voxer support between sessions

  • NLP and nervous system tools tailored to what you’re dealing with right now
