18 March — Day 3: SOOTHE AND SHIFT

Instead of pushing feelings down or trying to “stay strong,” and trying to fit in with cultural and societal pressures we soften.
We create space to release what you’ve been quietly carrying (for sometimes a very long time).
Not forcing change, or forcing healing, but gently inviting and allowing it.
