17 March — Day 2: IMAGINE

Guided visualisation and subconscious rewiring (NLP and Neuroscience)

This is where you reconnect with yourself beyond the appointments, beyond the waiting, beyond the “infertile” label.

You are not just another fertility patient.

You are a whole woman moving through an incredibly tough, life changing experience.

18 March — Day 3: SOOTHE AND SHIFT

EFT tapping and emotional processing.

Instead of pushing feelings down or trying to “stay strong,” and trying to fit in with cultural and societal pressures we soften.

We create space to release what you’ve been quietly carrying (for sometimes a very long time).

Not forcing change, or forcing healing, but gently inviting and allowing it.

19 March — Day 4: EMBODY

Meditation and energetic grounding.

This is about becoming steady in who you are.

Power isn’t loud.
It doesn’t need to prove anything.
It’s calm. Regulated. Rooted.

And it lives in you.

20 March — Day 5: INTEGRATE

DAY 5 - INTEGRATE REPLAY

It’s 3am and you reach for your phone….

  • Two hours later you realise you've fallen down another rabbit hole. IVF forums, Instagram, TikTok absorbing story after story, searching for someone whose experience is like yours. You finally put the phone down. But you don't feel better. You feel more wired, more anxious, more lost.

  • You get triggered constantly. A pregnancy announcement. A baby shower invite. A throwaway, insensitive comment from someone who has no idea. You feel a flash of anger when your colleague announces she's pregnant she wasn't even trying and then you feel guilty for feeling it.

  • You walk into your clinic and your body prepares for something to do wrong before you've even sat down. Your phone buzzes and your heart drops before you've answered. You never quite know if it's good news or news that turns your stomach.

  • You are exhausted. Not just from the appointments, the injections, the waiting but from carrying all of this, every single day, often in silence, often with a smile so no one around you worries.

There are so many places where women talk about fertility, some of which truly make me cringe when I think about the conversations, advice and recommendations women are sharing with each other on forums, social media and unmoderated group chats.

But those spaces can sometimes often leave you feeling even more overwhelmed, anxious or even more alone and damn right confused.

Rise Beyond Fertility Together is different (and intentionally so)

This isn’t a space for comparison, advice overload or trying to “fix” each other or even unintentionally make each other feel bad.

This isn't a one-size-fits-all programme. It's an intimate, held space where you'll work through the emotional, mental, and mindset layers of fertility together with a community of women who truly understand.

It’s a beautiful guided coaching space where women are supported to reconnect with themselves while walking through their own fertility journey.

Inside this safe space you will experience:

    A place where you don’t have to explain or justify your feelings. The women around you understand the waiting, the uncertainty and the emotional exhaustion of it all.

    This is not just a group conversation. Each session is gently guided so you can shift patterns of overthinking, self-blame and fear that often take over during fertility treatment. And we don’t just focus on fertility chat we talk about everything in your life from work to partners to friendships and family. Fertility doesn’t happen in a vacuum, life itself starts to feel different.

  • Real tools that help you move through the journey differently
    Through NLP based coaching, nervous system tools, journaling and mind-body practices, you’ll learn ways to calm your mind and feel more steady within yourself overtime with practice and with awareness.

  • A space where you can breathe
    Many women arrive feeling mentally exhausted from trying to hold everything together by themselves - yes we may have a parter but sometimes this makes us feel even more misunderstood, judged and alone. This space gives you a place to soften, be honest, feel supported and just be.

  • Energy healing
    Sometimes the emotions we carry on this journey go beyond what words can hold. And I personally discovered this when I went through my own IVF journey and was able to use my own Reiki energy healing to help me. Energy healing works at a deeper level helping your body release what your mind hasn't yet been able to name or what your mind hasn’t yet caught up with.

  • Practices like sound bowl therapy and Reiki can shift something profound, quietly and gently, without you having to explain or even say a thing.

    I know this work isn't for everyone and there's zero pressure here. But as part of this programme, you'll receive a gentle introduction to energy healing so you can simply experience it and discover what it means for you and how it makes you feel.

The fertility journey can feel incredibly isolating.
