Hi, I’m Tina
I didn't come to this work from a textbook.
I came to it from four years of living every moment I just described.
700+ injections. Endless supplements. A 6-hour laparoscopy surgery. Unsuccessful cycles and transfers. More hours in waiting rooms than I can count.
I know the clinic walk. I know the scan anxiety. I know the toilet pause. I know the pregnancy announcements that took everything I had in me not to fall apart. I know the family gatherings I smiled through and the car journeys home where I finally let myself fall apart.
And as a South Asian woman, I carried the cultural pressures and shame of it too. The comments. The unspoken expectations. The shame that creeps in when something that's supposed to come naturally just doesn't.
I know the grief nobody names. The identity loss nobody talks about. The loneliness of being surrounded by people who love you and still feeling completely alone inside it.
What changed everything for me wasn't a new clinic or more of everything.
It was the inner work.
Learning to regulate my nervous system. Rewire the beliefs running underneath everything. Release what I was holding in my body. Reconnect to myself. To trust. To something beyond the next result.
That work led me to motherhood at 42.
And supporting women through every layer of this journey. Not just the medical. The deeply, profoundly human. I did all my training to become a Master NLP Practitioner and Certified Life Coach (ICI) in the depths and trenches of my own journey. Not knowing how my own life would unfold but knowing deep inside that I had to be the person to support other women through this.
